Computers act crazy sometimes, don't they? (That last sentence is called a "tag sentence". The statement is POSITIVE and the TAG (don't they) is NEGATIVE. If the statement is negative, then the tag must be positive. Example: Computers do not act crazy, do they?------Enough of that.......For the first time I had trouble getting into the comment section of the blog. It seemed to take forever. Also, I could not copy directly from the blog for some reason or other. I had to copy and paste Lilia's story into microsoft word in order to copy it. ( I am getting better at that, but I cannnot do it as fast as Megumi. She can copy and paste as fast as lightning!
I thought our conversation period on Tuesday was good especially when I saw those three ladies from Korea, Japan, and Laos talking together. I do not know what they were talking about, but they had to be speaking English because they cannot speak each other's language.
On the other hand, there are four ladies who sit on the left side of the class. They are from Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and Honduras. What language do you think they speak? Do I have to ask?...........They were speaking very fast! Do you think they were speaking English?.......
Sometimes I like "hot Seat" conversation rather than the whole group talking at the same time. There is no room for me to correct any of the speech. Can you think of a better way to have a conversation period. Let's talk about it tomorrow......Pleasant dreams.
