The man does not have a headache!!

I was happy to see so many comments about the man holding his head, BUT YOU ARE ALL WRONG. This man has just returned from a vacation in South America. He was in Valparaiso, Chile and he bought one of those ponchos and a flat brimmed hat. Then he climbed up into the Andes Mountains and sat with a few people chewing on coca leaves. He is suffering from a HANGOVER. That is why he is holding his head! (I will explain what a hangover is tomorrow.)
